Feeling moody....
I've changed my entire diet around and have lost 40 pounds so far! Physically I feel great! But for the past two months I have been in a bad a mood all the time! Do you think it's because of my change in diet or just personal issues? Has anyone else experienced this?

Has anyone done HIIT?!
i used to run 3 miles 4-5 times a week but I haven't lost that much weight from it and I was wondering if anyone has done HIIT and if so when did you notice weight loss? I just it started today! I'm female, 5'5 and about 165lbs
