Plant-based endurance runner
Brand new to MFP. Trying to shed the layer of fat that I acquired during he holidays. I need to get down to racing weight before my spring half marathon because I REALLY want to PR! Also need to be in prime condition before I begin training for my first ultra-marathon. Any other trail runners out there?
