Hi new to group ... 59lb to lose ... Can't do it on my own
Hi I want to lose 59lbs before I turn 40 next year. I lost in 2009 4.5 stone but failed to maintain as I got complacent. I now need to be kept motivated and could really use some support from others that understand what I'm going through/feeling ? Why is it so easy to put on and so bloody hard to lose ????? :s
Don't want to turn 40 (next year) fat ... Friends and support needed 59lbs to lose :-(
A little about me ... I weighed in at 14.12 after having me daughter in 2009, joined slimming world lost nearly 4.5 stone getting to 10.7, got complacent and here I am back at 14.3. I need motivation and support I would like to be at 10 stone before my 40th birthday, this isn't till Nov 16 but I'd like to celebrate it and…
