migraine after working out? Anybody?
I use to think I just hated exercise always trying to get out of gym class in Jr High and all. Now I think there much more to my hate. I've always been the chubby one but now I'm at my highest weight ever ( I need to lose 30 pounds ). I want to add people that understand this struggle I'm the only one with weight problems in my house junk food life! they eat it i gain the weight:/ i would love to keep up with some of you that are on the same journey as me.
