Losing weight too fast?
Hi folks! I'm 34 and currently weigh 185 lbs. for the past 5 or so weeks I've been religiously tracking my calories and have lost 10 lbs. however I've been on the 1 lb a week setting. I went to 1.5 last week and lost 3 lbs... I'm wondering if this is safe? I feel fine and yeah maybe a little hungry from time to time, but…
