Needing Some Accountability
I have Severe R.A. and a slew of other health issues that come from the R.A. At my last appointment my Dr. Told me that I need to loose 20 pounds. I use to weigh 300. Got down to 145 and now find myself at 173. I know I can do this. I know me though and I know I need people to be accountable to during it.
