In twelve weeks I lost about 20 lbs here on MFP. I did lose lean mass unfortunately but my DEXA was "textbook A+". This is a huge victory to see the fat reduction - I'm down 12.4 lbs of fat (4.1%)! Feeling great today! Now, 20 more lbs of fat and some lean mass gain to go!
