I've finally found what works for me, weight coming off a little at a time and staying off. Building my fitness and exercise up slowly . Feeling better than I have for years .
First day with mfp & fit bit .all the family round, cooking , cleaning, ironing, just a normal day but staying in my calories and 15197 steps so far and not left the house .feeling hopeful
