Motivation after tough time

Full up but hungry...
Don't know if this makes sense, but I am usually at my hungriest having just eaten or even a couple of hours after a meal, even though my stomach feels full. Anyone else find this? Any tips to help this? Thanks!

Hi, I'm not new to MFP, been using the App on and off for a while, but never realised there was a community aspect to to the site till a couple of days ago. Was pleased to see there was a UK group - it would be great get involved and have some 'motivational' buddies on here.

Wine before I start!
Have rejoined tonight, so am all set and motivated to get going in the morning. Having a glass of wine right now - a little treat before tomorrow. Really can't wait to get going, hadn't realized there was a community here before, think that will be a great help! Good luck all

Going without breakfast
I know it's said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but is it that important? If I skip breakfast I find myself less hungry throughout the day than when I've has a breakfast. Anyone else skip it? Is skipping breakfast really that bad?
