A noticable change (Photo)
Since joining MFP in February, and 36lbs lighter ... I was looking at a photo that made me focus on losing weight ... I have received so much support from people on this site and feel 100% happier in myself. I still have a way to go, but I'm half way there.

Yoga
I quite fancy doing yoga but have bad knees (I can't kneel due to carteledge damage from long distance running) ... has anyone done yoga before and what are the benefits ? Can it aid weight loss ?

Hi all. In 30 days I've managed 16 lbs which I'm thrilled about but this week I'm struggling. I feel like I could eat anything that's put in front of me. My will power has up and left the building.
