Exercises with no equipment and not leaving house
too cold, snowy, icy to walk outside and can't afford gym or equipment. So what can I do at home? And I don't care for videos.

i have been on myfitnesspal for a long time but never really started it. I have been losing and gaining weight for years. Always yo yo-ing. How do you keep from letting cravings take over? And any other tips about this journey will be appreciated. Need to lose about 70 lbs.
