Lose weight or add muscle?
Used to be size 2 (5'8" and 125lb). Messed up my knee & kept me from running- gained lots of fat & lost lots of muscle. None of my clothes fit, so got back on mfp this year. Open diary to public?
For the first time on mfp, making my diary public. It isn't pretty. Or consistent, or especially accurate in the past. But I've got a digital scale now! How about you? Do you prefer to keep diary open or private? What have you experienced- positive/negative?

Getting OLD & not healing
I eat myself fat because I like food & being lazy. Then my clothes stop fitting and I can't walk up a set of stairs without getting winded.
