Lost 26 pounds in 4 months and then stoped losing!
Hi everyone! I'm 28, mom of 2, 5'8". Used to weigh 186 last august and now i weigh 160. For the past month i weigh the same, i go to gym 4-5 times a week ( cardio and weights) it just seems i can't lose anymore. I eat 1000-1400 calories per day. What am I doing wrong? I did notice i toned a bit but the scale shows the same…
