Am I doing this right?
I'm 5'2" 23YO and I have been bouncing between 165-167lbs I tend to eat A LOT of grilled chicken (honestly because it is an easy option that I can get at 99% of the places that I eat) Now I do have my slip ups Is there anyway you can look at my food and see if I am eating what I need to lose weight? Where do you "hold your weight"?
I'm 5'2" and weigh around 168lbs I seem to show my weight in my tummy the most! I honestly look pregnant, legs arms and face are much thinner than my belly..

while I know measuring weight is not always the best way to go, I'm currently at 167 pounds and I know I looked great at 135lbs! friends for support and whatnot with similar goals Welcome! Also, I'm a female living with PCOS which can make this a bit more challenging of course
