Hi I'm Susan & I need motivation to exercise! I was doing really well & this past week it's been a fight to exercise! My goals for June are to exercise 150 minutes per week. I did great in May & the 1st week of June but this week, no. Any help would've appreciated!! :)
Hi! I'm 51, married female w/2 daughters & 3 dogs! I need to lose weight in order to decrease my BP & help w/joint pain! I also have Ankylosing Spondylitis, an autoimmune disease, so healthy eating & exercise will help! I live in DFW metroplex, TX. Anyone from here? Thanks!
