I've looked in my last couple diary entrees in the nutrition part and I noticed daily I lack fiber, iron, potassium. I now understand why I'm constantly getting foot cramps. Does anyone have any suggestion to different kinds of foods I could eat to get more of the nutrients I need. Thank you :)
