Staying on track!
I'm in a week and a half and I already feel like I'm struggling. I'm down 6.6lbs and don't plan on cheating anytime soon. What do u guys do to help with staying on track?! Good luck :)

Hi all! I'm starting all over again! I started at 218.8 4 days ago and I'm already down 7.5lbs :) I've been eating clean and running every day. I've also been doing some strength training at home. Feel free to add me for support or to talk :)
