Hey all! 36 here and love to run and exercise. My problems is sugar. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted. I need some buddies to help me stay on track who've been there.
I've been using this app religiously along with my running app for weight loss. I can tell in my tummy I've lost, but I am so afraid to get on the scale and maybe be disappointed. Anyone else like me?
