please someone tell me how I can fight the erge to eat all the tempting foods? Barring getting rid of them as others in the household eats them!! I just can't ever seem to stop myself from going for them?!?! :\
Hey, I've had this app for a while but never worked out how to use it other than counting the calories, I'm really struggling to get the motivation needed to lose weight, and would like a buddy/buddies to help me through my journey :) always here to help others too!! :)
