35lbs in 5mths or less! I need positive buddies!
Hey all! My goal is to lose 35lbs in 5 months Or less! That's about 2 pounds each week. My gym goals are 3x's per week doing weights and cardio. My calorie intake daily will be 1350-1400. I have a plan, now I just need some help executing it with a little motivation from MFP!!
