Ever since I went on vacation, I have been way off track. I hardly ever log in anymore. I didn't have internet access on vacation so that's why I trailed off. I really need some support. Maybe have someone message me everyday to give me support :( I'm desperate :(
I've been in a rut for a few weeks now and I can't dig myself out. :( I've been staying under my calorie goal but barely, and I'm not making the greatest choices. How do I get myself out of this?

Please help!! What are some good foods that have little to no carbs?? Fish is the only thing I've found. I can't live on fish forever lol. (Note: I'm allergic to raw fruits and raw nuts) Please help!! And thanks in advance!!
My daughter is always on walks with me. When I went to log in my exercise today I noticed there was a thing that said 'walking carrying infant.' Do you have to be carrying the infant or does it count if you're pushing her in a stroller?
I can't stay away from sweets :( every time I get a craving I cave, and eat the most unhealthy sweets. If you have the same problem, add me and maybe we can help each other out!! Lol
