64 lbs weights loss with some serious muscle gain!!
Started my goal at 10 lbs, then 20, then 30, etc. The change in my health, my confidence, and my looks. I look back and can't believe the progress I've made. Keep on trucking people, and by any means don't ever give up!!!! If I can do it so can you!!
