Does anyone else torture themselves by watching the food channel?
I'm a sadist. I love watching foodie shows while chugging down my protein shake or eating a nice apple. It sounds crazy but I feel like it actually helps me from caving in and going into the dark sugary carb side. Anyone else? Also I would love some new friends. Add me!!
