Just checking out the forum and have already learned it isn't for me. I contributed to a discussion and for no reason my post was deleted. Is that how it works? Encourage people to use the forums then delete their threads? I don't need that kind of support.

Just joined and checked the weigh in spreadsheet. Looks too confusing for me. Hoping this group can provide me with a little support. I would like a workout buddy if anyone interested. Currently, I use Les mills combat as my program. Also use body beast.
