Trying to remember "slow and steady" is the way to go!
I've been counting my calories for about a month now and I am totally on track, so yay! but I just wish it was more exciting...I feel like it's so much work for so little result :( I know that 1/2 pound to 1 pound a week WILL add up to me reaching my goal, but when I look at my progress and see that I've gone from 167 to…
