High Fiber Diet!
Hi! I just recently had a laparoscopic surgery done and my doctor notices that my colon was extremely enlarged and very backed up. He said it has been going on for years, I guess. So he has told me I need to go on a high fiber diet. Any snack or meal ideas that are high in fiber?? Thank you!
