I always got my weight loss with 1200 cal manu max (still remain hungry during the day-but get to my weight goal in short time) but when I set my goal in the app it says 1800 cal a day I dont know if the 1800 will get me to my goal or make bad results.. does the calculator in the app is correct? pls advise =/
I was so happy to find this app, I really need more motivation to achieve my goals, hope here I will find everything I need :)
