I just finished my 3rd round of insanity Max:30 and wanted to share my results! Since i stared back in January then end of 1st round then end of 2nd round and finally end of 3rd round. I will go for the 4th round next week!!!!

hi im new here! I actually working on my health and my goal is to lose weight, im looking to lose about 50 lb. i am currently doing Insanity Max 30 and lost 10 in the first round. Next week im staring 2nd round so im excited!
