Here's a question :)
I have been on the plan for 50 days...for the first 30 days I stuck rigidly to the 1370 calories and lost 12 pounds. The following 20 days I have dropped to 1200 calories and not stuck to 1370. And I have lost 1 measly pound. So my question is.... is it advisable/best to actually partake of the amount calories it says...…
