Stepping on the Scale
I've been tracking my weight and using this aps calorie counter for four days and my scale says I've lost 4 pounds. I assume this is just waterweight so should I even update my weight?.. what do you guys do?

the post breakup giggles
Hey everybody! Recently, I put on a few lbs after a rough breakup... and even though I love my curvy self, it doesnt seem to be slowing down. If I don't change my ways soon, my "curvy" will just be "chunky!" Lol so if there is anybody out there that needs a support buddy, lets be friends!
