Clean and Sober now fighting for my body back!!
I've been clean and Sober a year now and now I'm fighting to get my body back. Seems every thing I eat goes straight to my *kitten*. Or gut. My knees hurt so I don't want to workout, and I'm feeding a kiddo so it's so heed to plan for meals. I'm trying this in goes I'll get it this time.
