110 kg (242 pounds) Arthritis patient need to loose 89 pounds to be healthy
I'm a 24 year old software engineer weighing 242 pounds need encouragement and support from fellow healthy people. I wanna loose this because i am depressed and given up on life cause I feel no mater how hard I try I will fail :'(
