I've been in MFP for a while but haven't introduced myself..throughout my weight loss journey I have lost 20 pounds! I'm very motivated and looking for friends to stay motivated with me and inspire me!
I started my journey at 178 and I now weigh 164..I think I had lost like 5 or 6 pounds before I started MFP..I would lose like a pound or two every week..and now I'm not losing weight I'm just staying at that weight..I'm doing the same things and haven't changed nothing. Maybe more excercise? Any suggestions??
