I've lost 50 pounds from 180 to 130. I weight lift five times a week and do Casio twice a week , but the last month I've made no progress . What am I doing wrong ?
hey I'm lindsay , I'm 25 and I've lost almost 40 pounds since last summer through diet and exercise . Still have some issues with snacking at night . Also have kind of plateaud at my current weight n would love diet or exercise advice
