How I got here
I started running about 4-5 years ago. I'm in my 50's. Myfitnesspal was offered at my job but I have never used it. Recently I received a Garmin Forerunner which links to Myfitnesspal so will start tracking what I eat. Should help me with my fitness goal. Lose weight and run faster.
