Has anyone had experience tracking their food while preparing for gastric bypass? Specifically adapting the nutrition requirements to the portion control provided by nutritionist. Any help is appreciated.
Has anyone tracked their food using MFP pre-surgery? I am prepping and met with nutritionist (who doesn't like online trackers) and wonder how to convert 9 oz protein per day and other daily serving goals with percentages on this site. Any suggestions?
