It's hard enough when you have a regular schedule to eat good snd schedule exercise. Throw night shift in there and ugh! Trying on the daily, some days are better than others. Hey! Trying to get back in the swing of things....
I know I can be successful, but just having a hard time consistently imputing my info to keep me on track!!! Currently workouts are T25 and goal cals are 1550... what's helped for you? IG name @fitnessfocusedpike
