Hi everyone :) I've just started on a Keto diet (on day 3) and I'm just beginning to get used to it. However, I have no idea what to cook for dinner as I'm a vegetarian. I can't seem to figure out whether or not parsnips and butternut squash are a good way of losing weight? They're low in calories but very high in carbs!
