Calories burned via breast feeding
I am a breast feeding mother to a 1 year old. I have never been able to find a calorie counter that can generally subtract calories the calories you "burn" via breast feeding. I have searched the topic extensively. Its between 400 and 800 calories depending on volume. Since my son is over 1 and I don't have to feed him…
