I am a very active athlete, and have tons of stress and depression. I work out everyday for 2 hours and I'm constantly gaining weight. II also feel like I'm getting bigger. how can I fix this?
I am an athlete, I play volleyball, cheer and I'm in track. Its hard for me to lose weight, I have a fit body, but my weight is still 224 pounds. I want to look slimmer and lose some if my breast, which is a H cup. Its a struggle to be active with so.much holding back along with stress on your shoulders. What can I do?
