Weighed in today at 161 lbs. My goal for March is to get to 155lbs. The month is just about over so I don't have much time to succeed. If this doesn't happen I will continue in the month of April. For April my goal will be 150 lbs. on the scale.
When I started trying to lose weight I was 170 lbs. I have lost weight. I have only been on My Fitness Pal for about a week.
