is it me or does everyone step on the scale like a ninja, breathe out, daintily step , then do it again thinking you can outsmart science. Each day I perform the ritualistic ninja stealth move to validate minimal carbs. Wax on wax off, sneak on jump off. I need friends who get me !!!
