My weight tracker is starting to look like an EKG readings
It goes up and down every week. This week didn't shock me at all simply because I only got to the gym twice and I ate a bunch of *kitten* I shouldn't have. Oh well. I'm off to the gym! :-)

Cheat meal
I haven't been to the gym in 3 days and tonight I am having an amazing cheat meal loaded with carbs and a cocktail! The funny thing is I don't feel guilty. Usually I would feel guilty before eating it and after but that's not the case today. Am i delusional or have a matured lol? Hope your Tuesday has been wonderful

No WL this week
So I jumped on the scale a few minutes ago and I haven't lost any weight this week. I could tell by my body that I hadn't lost anything, but I'm still kind of bummed. At least I maintained though. I'm going to keep doing what I did this week and increase the number of times I go to the gym and see what happens next Sunday.…

exercise calories
I was just wondering if any of you actually eat your exercise calories? When I don't eat them or if I eat less than the recommended calories (not including the exercise ones) , the program tells me I'm not eating enough

Incident at the gym
Okay I'll try to make this short. I was in the gym today for 2 hours. My workout was great. Usually when I'm at the gym I keep my headphones on so I can focus on my work out. The colored characters
Does anyone know where I can find a list of what the different characters mean? For example, when it says "you can eat 700 more calories today". What does the little green picture next to it mean? Thanks!
