I resort to processed foods because they are convenient and I hate cooking. It's so easy to pop a lean cuisine in the microwave. Even worse, I go to fast food because it's....fast! But I know it's all terrible for me...suggestions for healthier low calorie froze meals or dinners that can be microwaved?
