I've been trying to lose weight for over 5 weeks and my weight just yoyos up and down. I've been eating around 1350 calories a day. Any help?

I'm 5"8 and 119lbs. I'm on holiday for a week with my boyfriend. I am only eating 800 to 900 calories a day and I know it's not enough but I don't know how to have more. Usually when not on holiday I only have between 1000 and 1100 calories anyway. Is it too little?
I'm 5"8 and 119lbs my goal is 112lbs for the summer and I need a friend!! :)
