Chocolate pudding shake !!!
Hey there , I'm on day #3 of my liquid diet and have to say I feel great . I made the grasshopper shake for breakfast and wow ! It was delish , here's the recipe 1/2 avacado Raw organic honey 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1c coconut milk 1/3c water Blend and yum ! Like choc pudding right ?? And less than 200 calories
