Unsure about calories
So I was on 1200 calories and trying to burn 500 a day in addition to calories burned just existing. 4 weeks no loss....felt my body change and cloths fit differently, but no loss in problem areas ie: my stomach...I have now increased my calories to 1590 and still try to burn 500 a day. Small (er) success
Just ecstatic that i've gone down from a 44DD to a 38D....thats after 80lb loss...here's hoping a bit more will go with the 40-50 lbs to go.

Pacer App
So I downloaded the pacer app, and sync'ed with MFP....how do I get the steps/calories burned into my calculation/balance? It updates the steps but nothing on my excersise spot....

Down 7 lbs!
Started March 26, 2015 at 9:00 pm....so down 7 in 6-7 days! Going to do measurements once a month. Fingers crossed that I'm on my way to a healthier me! :)

Hello just starting out!
Joined MFP after my friend told me about it. Was in search of ways to drop the weight after gaining so much after an accident and diagnosis that minimizes my the intensity level of my excersise. Been 5 days straight and feeling fairly positive. Fingers crossed...;)
