Great full body 8min work out
start: 1st in place high knee jog for 30 sec, 2nd plank for 30 sec feet hip width apart, 3rd 30 mountain climbers, 4th do 30 push-ups(with or without knees), 5th lay on your back and do 30 flutter kicks ( x2 for each leg), 6th do 30 crunches, finally stand up and run in place for 30 sec. --- do whole thing 3x.
