Keeping weight off while injured from work
I recentlly hurt myself at work and broke my distal fibula. I have been off two weeks so far. I am able to put weight on my foot now ,but still can't get around or exercise. fitbit counting calories when I don't have it on mybwrist.
Took it off to charge and it was still counting calories as if in had it on.

physical job so hungry when I get home.
I have a very physical job. I walk and lift a lot of heavy items everyday. I do great with calorie counting until iI get home. Then I eat more when I get home at 11 pm. Any ideas on what to do.
