Too much vitamin c?
I go over on my vitamin c every day, wayyy over. Like 400-700% is that okay? I'm not having any issues really but seeing it that high in red looks alarming

I cant poop lol
I use to be regular, every morning when I woke. Now I'm day 20 doing a high protein low carb diet and I MIGHT go like every 4 days hardly anything. I don't feel bloated or anything but I'm annoyed. I like to get rid of it! I'm drinking lots of water too. Any advice?
